For Bremerhaven

When approaching from Bremen, please drive on the A27 towards Cuxhaven. Take the junction Bremerhaven-Mitte and take the B212 towards Zentrum (Centre). Follow the B212 and go along the Grimsbystraße and the Lloydsstraße, at the end of which (in the port area) turn right onto the Barkhausenstraße. Depending on the hours of the locks, there are two ways you can go to get to our terminals. You can see flashing signs along the Lloydstraße and the Barkhausenstraße. They indicate which lock is open and which is closed.

1. Using the lock Kaiserschleuse

Follow the Barkhausenstraße until the first traffic light (Aral petrol station) where you turn left and follow this road. At the end of Schleusenstraße turn right into Lohmannstraße and continue until you cross the Kaiserschleuse into the free port. After you crossing the Kaiserschleuse continue to drive onto the Columbusinsel. You are not on the Steubenstraße.

2. Using the swing bridge

Drive along Barkhausenstrasse to the end at the customs office Roter Sand and turn left. Follow the road through the port area, passing the Lloyd shipyard on the left, crossing the swing bridge and onto the Steubenstrasse. After approx. 500 m you will get to the building of Heuer Logistics, Steubenstrasse 20. It is the building signposted for Schiffahrts- und Speditions-Gesellschaft Meyer & Co. GmbH. The central lorry handling and customs building is situated next to the head office. (Business hours 6am to 8pm weekdays).

On the opposite side of the road a car park for cars and lorries can be found. If you follow the road another 700 m you will reach the site for Heuer Logistics Steubenstraße 5.

For ZN Hamburg

When approaching from the A1

Follow the A255 towards Hamburg-Centrum until arriving at junction Veddel. Follow the signs for Freihafen and cross the bridge Sachsenbruecke towards Fruchtzentrum (Schuppen 46). After the security check at the gate you will receive further instructions.

2. When approaching from the A7

Leave at junction Hamburg-Waltershof towards Freihafen and cross the bridge Köhlbrandbrücke. Follow the signs for Schuppen 46. Turn left into Dessauer Straße. Follow the road until you reach the gate of the terminal Fruchtzentrum.
